Netflix旅番組で取り上げられているのを見て気になり、日本から予約して訪れたトビリシの Restaurant Littera 。

世界のレストランを紹介する「World’s 50 Best」にも載ったトビリシを代表する名店です✨

緑に囲まれた美しい中庭でいただいたのは、ジョージア産トリュフを使ったビーフタルタル、アンズタケのソテー、そしてジョージア産トリュフソースのフィレミニオンステーキ、そしてもちろんジョージアワイン🍷

特にビーフタルタルは今回のジョージア旅で印象に残った一皿。香り高いトリュフと上質なお肉の組み合わせが絶妙でした🥩✨

ジョージアワインとともにパティオで優雅なひと時を過ごすことができました。
可愛い猫ちゃんがいて、私の隣に座ってきて可愛かったです。

高級料理店で猫⁉️と思うと思いますが、ジョージアは犬や猫を非常に大切に扱う国で中庭には何匹か飼われている猫ちゃんが自由に歩いていました😆
とてもジョージアらしい体験でした！
I was intrigued after seeing it featured on a Netflix travel show, so I made a reservation from Japan and visited Restaurant Littera in Tbilisi.

It's a renowned restaurant representing Tbilisi, and was even featured in "World's 50 Best"! ✨

In the beautiful courtyard surrounded by greenery, I enjoyed beef tartare with Georgian truffles, sautéed chanterelle mushrooms, and a filet mignon steak with Georgian truffle sauce, and of course, Georgian wine! 🍷

The beef tartare, in particular, was the most memorable dish of my trip to Georgia. The combination of fragrant truffles and high-quality meat was exquisite! 🥩✨

I was able to spend a very elegant time on the patio with Georgian wine.

There was a cute cat there that sat next to me, which was adorable.

You might think, "A cat in a high-end restaurant?!" but Georgia is a country where dogs and cats are treated with great care, and several pet cats roamed freely in the courtyard. 😆
It was a very Georgian experience!
