Visited Shalauri Wine Cellar in Georgia’s Kakheti wine region.

Georgia’s traditional Qvevri wine is made using large clay vessels buried underground for fermentation and aging. With a winemaking history of over 8,000 years, it was a wonderful experience to discover one of the world’s oldest wine traditions. ✨🍇
