香草抜きのお肉をたっぷり包んだヒンカリを、バターで香ばしく焼いた「Butter Pan Fried Khinkali」と、トリュフ入りの茹でヒンカリをいただきました🥟

焼きヒンカリはまるで焼き小籠包のような香ばしさで、個人的にはこちらがお気に入り💕
ジョージア産の辛口白ワインとの相性も抜群でした🍷

Lunch at Khinkali Factory in Tbilisi, Georgia 🇬🇪✨

We enjoyed two kinds of khinkali: Butter Pan Fried Khinkali filled with herb-free seasoned meat, and boiled truffle khinkali.

The pan-fried version was my favorite—crispy and buttery, almost like a Georgian-style pan-fried soup dumpling🥟💕
Paired with a crisp Georgian white wine, it made for a perfect lunch.

A must-try local specialty when visiting Georgia! 🍷
