58ヶ国目の国へ到着です。

オフリド湖は湖だけでなく、周辺地域全体がユネスコの世界遺産に登録されています。
ヨーロッパ最古級の湖としても知られ、誕生から100万年以上経っていると考えられているそうです。

この桟橋、昨年行ったスイスのイゼルトヴァルトのブリエンツ湖を思い出しました✨
Crossing the border, I arrived at Lake Ohrid in North Macedonia 🇲🇰
This is my 58th country.

Lake Ohrid is not just the lake itself, but the entire surrounding area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

It is also known as one of the oldest lakes in Europe, and is thought to be over a million years old.

This pier reminded me of Lake Brienz in Iseltwald, Switzerland, which I visited last year ✨
