🇰🇷 韓国での会食🍽️

韓国では、特にビジネスの会食では、一人ずつ好きなものを注文するというより、いろいろな料理を一度にテーブルに並べ、みんなでシェアする「한상차림（ハンサンチャリム）」のスタイルでおもてなしされることが多いです。

一緒に同じ食事をいただき、同じお酒を飲みながら交流を深める。
日本でいう「同じ釜の飯を食べる」に近い感覚で、一緒に食事をすることが、人と人との距離を縮める大切な時間なんだなと感じます。

そして、このお店「고방채（コバンチェ）」では、写真のようなグループ向けの盛り合わせを「고방수라상（コバンスラサン）」と呼んでいるそう。

この日は5人で、テーブルいっぱいの韓国料理をシェア🇰🇷
お刺身、韓牛、海鮮チヂミ、焼き魚、豚肉、牛肉とタコの鍋など、とにかく豪華で、食べきれないほどのお料理が次々と並びます😂

今回の韓国出張でも、こうした会食を通してたくさんの時間をご一緒させていただいています。

In Korea, especially for business dinners, it's more common to be served a variety of dishes at once for everyone to share, rather than each person ordering their own. This is known as "hansang charim" (한상차림).

Sharing the same meal and drinks deepens relationships.

It's similar to the Japanese concept of "eating from the same pot," and I feel that sharing a meal is a valuable time for people to grow closer.

And at this restaurant, "Gobangchae," they call group platters like the one pictured "Gobang Surasang" (고방수라상).

On this day, there were five of us, and we shared a table full of Korean food 🇰🇷
Sashimi, Korean beef, seafood pancakes, grilled fish, pork, beef and octopus hot pot, and so much more – it was incredibly luxurious, and more dishes kept coming than we could possibly eat 😂

Even during this business trip to Korea, I've had the pleasure of spending so much time with everyone through meals like this.
